'The lobby looks good, but don't let it fool you. Our room looked old and worn out and was very cold. It din't warm up even after turning on the heating ( it was 93 degrees outside) The sheets were damp and the smell of mold kept me up all night. When we checked out a day early, the receptionist didn't ask why the only thing she asked was, if I was aware of the early check-out penalty! I was very dissapointed with this hotel, had high hopes for it when I booked it.'

'Customer service: I stayed for 2 nights during the week. As far and the customer service nothing stood out about anyone staff member. No one was particularly warm or welcoming felt more like they were following a script. Fees: I was aware of the 25 per night fee.. but I was fine with bc it says it comes with 2 beach chairs which it does but….. the umbrella is not included and is an extra $30 bucks Location:was excellent walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. 'The hotel was in a great Neighborhood. The receptionists were very helpful and nice. I especially liked the pool area on the 4th floor. It was a great space to relax after a stressful travel day. They don’t sell liquor but there is a CVS right across the street!'

'Had a very enjoyable 5-night stay at the property when coming to town for a training session and charter fishing trip. Having a full size refrigerator and kitchen was very beneficial when you get a catch of Wahoo, Mahi and Tuna and have to keep them well cooled before you head home. (No way to do that effectively in a "hotel atmosphere") Mgmt staff were very responsive through texting when needed. Will definitely go back next time I am in town for another fishing charter or trip to the S....

'The place was in a beautiful environment. Due to a water-pipe problem we had to move twice. The hotel employees tried to help us as best as possible in all this. Something we can really appreciate. As a form of compensation they gave us a Club Wyndham gift card of $50. Sad to say that the gift card turned out to be useless. Not so nice i would say.'

'This property is structured like a motel. The location is great. It’s a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. Both pools were clean and nice places to relax after a long day of fun in the sun. I would stay here again. The property does show signs of wear and tear, but it does not look run down. '
