The property was beautiful and the fantastic staff helped us through this nightmare, which was caused by Expedia, The booking was never confirmed with this hotel, However Expedia confirmed, Took payment and carried on sending us instructions and directions etc, We arrived at 2am and there was no key in the safe area, We couldn't get in touch with any one! 'We had a great stay at Battery House, the location is perfect. We were in the penthouse room, the view was even better then in the pictures, but there is no shade do we could only enjoy it in the late afternoon. The location is quiet and well maintained. They offer a complimentary bar which amused me, they had gin and whisky, but minimal mixers. However it was a nice touch and included an ice machine which was a God send in Valetta in August! Book Battery House you will have s great time!'
