'Truly the best experience in every way. From arrival at valet to check out. When we arrived for our check in it was about 11:30 pm and the valet and from desk were so kind. We let them know we just book this hotel online due to having a very bad experience at a previous hotel. They were so kind quickly got our room. Our room was beautiful and the view was even better. We were able to grab some drinks the following night at the rooftop bar and service was great and drinks tasted great. I...

'We had problems on 2 consecutive days with the safe in our room which was not functioning. Had to wait some time both mornings till an engineer came to fix since all our stuff was inside. We were not compensated, which would have been a nice gesture. All receptionists were a bit grumpy and not really focussed on giving the best service possible with a smile. Food at the bar was excellent. Overall we enjoyed SS hotel, the location was perfect.'
