The ideal choice for a group getaway, this five-bedroom beauty comes fully furnished for modern vacation living. The spacious main-floor interior offers plenty of room to spread out, with plush seating and a massive smart TV setting the stage for home entertainment. The roomy full kitchen comes well-equipped for family-style meal prep with ample counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. There's a breakfast bar and an elegant dining area for family-style meals and game nights.

A sitting area on the second-floor landing, as well as multiple bedrooms, come equipped with a smart TV for flexible viewing options. An upper and covered lower deck welcomes breezy outdoor dining and lounging; an open-air lower level offers recreation space with a ping-pong table and other games, as well as an outdoor shower. A set of adult bikes are provided for neighborhood cruising, as well as adult and kid kayaks to launch at the community pier. The basement has plenty of storage for other bikes, kayaks, boards, and more. Note: The beach across Route 1 is private; public beaches are a few minutes' drive. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
