'Hot tub needs be sealed around the top under the top piece. The caulk has come off from use and a piece on top has separated. Parking is on site and I liked that. Sand was in my bathroom when I checked in. No tiny broom in room for sand. They have a resort fee nightly and who knows where that money goes because it doesn’t appear it goes back into the amenities.'

'The property is unbelievably close to the beach. There is a nice boardwalk as you get down. Awesome restaurants near by. Amenities to clean yourself after playing at the beach. Convenient Parking. Decent Buffet Breakfast.'

'Family trip to celebrate my birthday and it was perfect. We had 2 queen rooms on the sixth floor next to each other with balconies that had partial beach views. The view and the sound of the ocean was comforting.'

'This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view...

'Check in was a mess took long time no carts for your stuff the line was extremely long to even get checked in cars were parked anywhere and everywhere. Room I paid for I didn’t get. Bathroom setup was ridiculous the shower door banged into toilet when opened very small area. Staff was great and helpful'
