« Overall the experience was great. You are definitely paying for the location and the view. The amenities are good, but not on par with the view and location. Everything is either within walking distance or trolly distance. Would book again. Dave, the host, was one of the best we’ve encountered—very reachable and responsive. »

« This place worked great for 3 adults. We didn’t rent a car, but didn’t really need one. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and shops (plus the beach, of course) in walking distance. It was clean and the a/c units kept us cool, which definitely mattered on the day the temperature was in the 90s! »

« We stayed in this unit for a few days. The unit had a unique smell when we walked in the main room, essentially from the kitchen. We had to leave the balcony door open for most of the time to tolerate. We spent a great deal of time on the beach, so not in the unit. The host sent his maintenance group the next day to clean additionally and spray, but the smell didn’t never go away. The host was really responsive to our concerns and our texts. « The hosts were great communicators. The ocean view was SPECTACULAR and serene. We loved our short stay. Hoping the wifi improves before our next visit. Wish the check-out time was 11am instead of 10am, like most hotels.Appliances were new and excellent. Thanks again! »

« It was a great and wonderful stay. Honestly no bad reviews, we did have a couple of suggestions. The washing machine may need to be replaced or upgraded. It was super loud when it was in the spin cycle and almost had the entire condo shaking. The bathroom located on the second floor is a bit cramped. I would suggest getting the door to swing out. This would allow for bit more room in that bathroom and allow you to relocate the toilet paper dispenser. »
