'The staff was great very friendly, nice place to stay. Only issue I had was the bathroom shower the faucet was broken, and the room was very dusty. Housekeeping needs to do a better job with the cleaning. The bathroom lights and sink area were full of a thick amount of dust. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.'

'I stayed for a long weekend with my husband and 3 kids. This place was great for our needs. It's definitely not a luxury hotel by any means, and could use some upgrades. However, it was clean and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and has an indoor pool my kids loved. There was plenty of room for our group of four to relax comfortably. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything. "This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
