We arrived at the hotel close to 4 pm but were unable to check-in until a little after 6 pm. We were assigned to a room with queen beds although we paid for a king bed. Had to go back to front desk to get new room. The heating system was not working properly and we contacted the front desk but no one ever came. We played with the controls and finally got it working. Asked the front desk for a reduction in the $333 fee but they indicated they could not do anything since since I paid directly to Expedia. I believe that the room cost was not commensurate with what we received.
