'My first time visiting this hotel at Austin Texas. I absolutely love the hotel and I enjoyed the experience of coming down to stay for my weekend trip. 'Our 5 day stay was excellent. People were genuinely friendly and helpful. General manger stopped by while we were eating breakfast and corrected a minor issue immediately. The two front desk gentlemen were great. Very helpful with great attitudes. Would stay there again'

'The property is big. When we checked in, our room wasn’t ready so the front desk told us we could eat lunch at their restaurant (Crenshaw) first. We got lost making our way there. Then after lunch we got lost making our way to the elevators for 5th floor. That all was super frustrating. Shelby - a super nice young lady and Paul - at front desk immediately apologized. 'helped us really well and politely during check in. The same goes for Ria during check out. She solved professionally a minor issue. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The only thing was the set up for the breakfast area. In my opinion pretty inefficient. The breakfast itself however was great.'
