'Hotel zit op een perfecte locatie, kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Personeel is vriendelijk. Ontbijt is voldoende. Verwacht geen luxe, maar prijs kwaliteit is zeker goed. Helaas is het restaurant alleen tussen vijf en tien geopend.'

'The hotel is fantastic and decorated beautifully. I upgraded to a private room and enjoyed the views from the balcony walkway facing the pool. Parking was not as peaceful. The 3rd party garage vendor charged me $500+ as soon as I used my card! I was only staying overnight. I canceled the charge and parked at the nearby open lot for about $75 for 24hrs. Told the staff, and they apologized and provided me with the complaint line for the vendor. Otherwise, the hotel was chic, bright and relaxing....

'I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Austin Downtown! The breakfast was one of my favorite parts — fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, juice, and plenty of choices every morning. Everything was fresh and delicious. The location is also excellent, with so many great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for my trip. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Austin. Highly recommended!'
