« I recently stayed at Kasa The Waller in Austin and had an absolutely great experience overall. The standout feature was the polite and helpful staff—they were responsive via messenger and went out of their way to assist with any questions I had, making the whole process smooth. A small heads-up beforehand about Kasa being a bit atypical would have been nice; it’s more like an apartment-hotel with virtual check-in, no traditional front desk, and self-service amenities, which caught me off guard...
