'Love the infinity pool. Love the fitness center. Disappointed with Tacos & Tequila. My taco was dry and the lime slices were dry--not a drop of juiice came out of all three of them. I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. '

'The floor of the bathroom was all the time wet. The blower doesnt work. The iron was terrible dirty unabailable to use.'

'We stayed here because of an early flight. We got a room right across the hall from the elevator. It was loud, bright (lights shine brightly underneath the door), cold, tiny and aging. The bed was extremely cramped. Needless to say we didn’t get any sleep at all. The restaurant was understaffed, we sat down around 8-ish after waiting 20 minutes for them to clean a table, we then waited 30 minutes more, but nobody came to take our order. We bought something from the vending machines instead...
