'Good location. The cons: Struggled to close door, door lock not functioning. For safety reasons I attempted to contact host to inform but no answer. Host informed the following day and said that door locked automatically once shut from the inside, but at no time did one hear the automatic lock. '

'the check in process is crazy too many steps to do . separate area to store luggage . no elevators we have to carry up the stairs our luggages not disclose in the website . the place is dirty the floors not being cleaned properly lots of dirt and dirt stain on the tile floors . smells smokey inside even tho it said non smoking in the website . the only good thing about casa pelayo is spacious apartment and the location is accessible to the old san juan and the airport '
