'Check out staff was very nice'

'The main complaint about this hotel is that it's loud. We were next to an adjoining room and could literally hear the conversation next door so asked to be moved. They provide earplugs for the train that goes by the hotel, but if I returned, I would ask for a room that's not adjoining. The gym wasn't open just yet which will add to the amenities and the restaurant is fabulous. The bakery/coffee was fair, so I'd go somewhere else for breakfast.'

'I may have been challenged to give a higher rating if not for the renovations that are going on, but there were some other minor disappointments. The complementary breakfast left something to be desired, the bathroom had no bathing gels and the shower curtain was too short to prevent water from getting on the floor. The renovated room was nice as was the common areas that have been completed. Activity near the hotel may be a turn off to some, but I saw no reason to be overly concerned about...

'This property is super convenient for UGA proximity! And they know it, and Overcharge for it. The halls and room decor is dark and old. I had a bathroom with Wall Sink—no countertop for toiletries—unacceptable. Coffee is brown water. Housekeeping must be short handed as they only provided fresh towels, but didn’t tidy the room—at least they didn’t take the tip that night. These are normal no-frills $125 rooms that will be $300/600/900 Per night on UGA Events. I will try to avoid this place...

'modern hotel. Centrum is aan te lopen. Parkeren is betaald, maar in de nabijheid van het hotel s'nachts grratis. Als je een kamer met ontbijt hebt geboekt, vergeet niet de ontbijtcoupon te vragen zij vergeten hem te geven. De coupon is $15 per kamer waard. Ontbijt is allen ala carte, keuze zeer beperkt en de muffins lijken wel een beschuit.'

'The room was in very poor condition and clearly needs better maintenance. The curtain rod was broken, and the curtain kept opening, causing water to splash everywhere in the bathroom. The sink was almost clogged and drained very slowly, causing dirty water to splash back onto you while using it. The shampoo and conditioner were also very poor quality. Overall, the bathroom was unpleasant to use, and the hotel clearly needs better maintenance and attention to basic cleanliness and quality. Very...

'We have stayed here many times over the years. Each time is wonderful. The front desk staff is beyond helpful, the housekeeping staff are all so kind, and breakfast is great. The exercise room is also clean with working equipment. Great place to stay.'

'Er was kennelijk een ongelukje gebeurd op de vloerbedekking. Daardoor was onze kamervloer niet schoon. De rest van de kamer en het hotel was juist wel keurig. WiFi was gewoon slecht. Erg langzaam en het viel steeds uit. De receptioniste was erg vriendelijk.'

'It was ok but really need blackout curtains. Even with the shade down, it was bright. The tv or the remote didn’t work one of the nights but then it worked in the morning. The A/C unit was noisy/rattling so I had to use a white noise app.'
