'This is budget prices so I expected a budget room simples ! I turned up and was greeted by a cheerful manager who explained every to me. The management are currently working on improvements to the hotel and i think come spring its gonna be spot on. Cosy and warm throughout the whole hotel. Yes, the room could do with a bit of tlc but everything worked, great wi fi, and clean. Bed was comfortable too. I would stay here again when I return to Weston-super-Mare. '

'Beautiful, a real gem of a hotel / restaurant.. The room was immaculate and it felt like it was “brand new”. Plus, the receptionists, restaurant staff and cleaners were lovely and so accommodating… 11 out of 10!! It’s located a 10 second walk from the beach and m parking is free… I’ll be rebooking within the next couple of weeks!! '

'Lovely stay . Rooms ample size , reception staff and bar staff very friendly and helpful, evening entertainment was great . Very close to the beach and pier and shops .Only downside was the noise from traffic if your room is on the front of hotel as no double glazing as its an old building, otherwise perfect. '
