'The hotel is good and service provided by hotrl staff members are good. However, due to the mistake of hotels.com the last name of the potential occupant was not provided by hotels.com to the hotel. That resulted in more than 2 hours delay when we tried to check in. What was even worse was that calls made to help centre had to deal with machine and not live staff members'

'I was feeling sick and asked for some painkillers or other medicine for a cold. Even though it was midnight I believe such a big hotel should have its own 24 hour medical post. For the rest a superhotel but I was really sick and would appreciated some help instead of just saying no.'

'It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes. The staff who handled my check-in offered me a room exchange, but I declined because I had already unpacked my belongings. Even though there was a warning sign prohibiting smoking in the room itself, it smelled like it was a smoking room. It was very disappointing that the Mandarin Oriental brand and trust were completely lost. Is it because it's Macau or what? impossible.'
