However the Spa service was poor, no communication as to the treatment requirements or during the actual treatment, probably the worst massage I have had. 'We stayed in a honeymoon suite and the views were simply amazing. Jock the Bushbock visited us on a daily basis. It's quite a walk to the restaurant but with an excellent full board, you'll need the exercise anyway. Staying and hiking in a world heritage location and its beatiful surrounding nature made our short 3 nights stay perfect. 'This property is awesome! Brigette runs an amazing outlet. My family loved the location, the indoor games, the swimming pool and private beach. The staff at the reception are very friendly and welcoming especially Lindelani. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very comfortable.'

'Het is behoorlijk afgelegen - je moet zo'n 30 km. buiten de "bewoonde wereld" rijden om er te komen (en via dezelfde weg terug). Het is nogal "kil" en ongezellig (misschien omdat er weinig mensen waren), maar het personeel was niet erg toeschietelijk of behulpzaam. De kamer (bungalow) was OK, maar was ook moeilijk bereikaar via een slecht grindpad. Voor alles moet apart betaald worden, dus niet echt een aanrader.'

'Disappointing service with the club house staff basically non-existent. They forgot my order 3 times and when we asked if it could be put to the front of the queue they said no So I didn't eat. Signage is terrible and if it's your first time there, you're going to get lost and its going to be frustrating. Rooms however are clean and comfortable. Some of the facilities are a bit dated, such as still using keys not cards, Wi-Fi is patchy and no reliable. The beach is great and enough room even...

'They have a rat problem and way too noisy in the evening. They rates ate the power cable that caused all the plugs to be down in the room. The hotels drinks were worse than buying a drink in the UK. Do not recommended to my worst enemy.'
