« The apartment was not clean at all. 136 self catering. Had to put my all my food in the fridge because of the cockroaches that were all over the apartment. The towels looked like they were from white to cream white. My main bedroom shower water had no pressure at all, had to shower for over 45 minutes in order to feel clean. Had to complain to be changed »

« Place needs a serious upgrade, please INSPECT property as your credibility as hotels.com is on the line! There were cockroaches in room, they only sprayed doom and next day we as guests had to stay in the room. I have used this website for 12 yrs and have never been so horrified at the state of a hotel and the way they handled this issue. Please investigate!! »

« Breakers is a great resort - friendly staff, amazing pool areas. But the room we stayed in (self catering unit) needs some upgrades - main bedroom aircon needed servicing, bathroom door was broken, tap was loose as was the toilet roll holder, and a few other things needing repairs. « The place was amazing , the beach was right in front the view was amazing, only thing that is not in booking site is that cleaning service and changing of towels is only every 4th day, very good if u book for 2 days but not for a week, i booked 29c moykonos before and spoke about the cleaning issue they didn't like my complain and cancelled my booking without bringing in my knowledge late at night and i was suppose to travel the very next morning i book this resort and unfortunately same company...

« The apartment was cockroach infested (all over the cutlery, shower, under beds, etc.). The floors were so dirty that just walking barefoot led to a layer of caked dirt underfoot. The staff at reception were nice enough, but the hygiene situation is unacceptable. Especially since they somehow expect their guests to clean up the apartment before leaving. »
