'On the 4th floor. Very clean!! Maid found a key thing my son in law left in the room, they had left I was in my room, she found we were family, gave it to me! Staff very friendly, when we checked in, AD did a great job. Friendly & in a timely manner. Breakfast wonderful, happy hour nice touch. Gal behind the counter, not sure her name, very friendly, great service. Fantastic stay. Thank you!! '

'Courteous staff, clean room. Only had an issue with the comforter being stained too much for my liking but it was replaced with a better one immediately! Loved the breakfast and lobby. Definitely, have to try the heated pool next time. I love this hotel, overall! '
