'The suite was updated and very clean. Large rooms and private baths for both bedrooms. Location was easy to downtown Kansas City. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The only downside is you can easily hear talking and TV from the neighboring suites, but the host has set quiet hours, so as long as everyone observes those, it isn't an issue.'

'Cute, very comfortable cabin to spend some time at. I was there for a week and had everything I needed to get a good night's sleep, make meals, do laundry and relax. Full kitchen, laundry room, relaxing living room. Quiet neighborhood that is close to everything you might need. I'm in KC a few times a year, I plan to see if this rental is available every time I'm in the area again.'

'The owner didn’t let us know when the garbage went out so come over to empty the can. I appreciated that but then let himself in to “ turn out the light “. The was a bat flying around in the basement with guano all over the floor. Parking was horrible with narrow streets and cars everywhere. We moved to a different property that was much better She offered to us. I don’t like to complain but it was ridiculous. I believe the owners or manager came in the property at least a couple of times while...

'House was as expected; spacious and had everything we needed! It was very Clean with comfortable Beds and Furniture. The Pool Table in the finished basement was an added plus! Great location and neighborhood felt safe. Excellent communication from Host, prompt and always very pleasant. Will stay at this property again!'

'This home was better then the photos showed. The layout worked wonderful for our family and allowed all of us to have space without being on top of one another. The kitchen was very well furnished and they yard was huge! The bathrooms were updated and very lovely. The amenities were very plentiful! The location was ideal for us offering easy access to anything we needed during our 4 days. I highly recommend booking this home with Tyler!'

'Just the spot we needed, close to everything we wanted. Lovely space for hosting a very overdue small family visit in a town where none of my family's homes are workable gathering spots. Very close to Micro Center, which may not be a selling point for everyone but was a definite plus. Backyard would be great in warmer weather. 'This beautiful home was a great place for our family to gather! We even hosted Thanksgiving dinner while we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed! The home was enjoyed by all the family from 2 months to 74 years. The teenagers had a great time in the game room. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the side porch, and we all completed a jigsaw puzzle in the sitting area (we brought a small folding table). 'We used the home for an out of town Christmas place to celebrate. The large living spaces and four bedrooms gave us plenty of space to prepare food and open presents. The home shows as presented online- having a private bath for each bedroom is especially nice. Directions were easy to follow and host was responsive. '
