This is your quiet sanctuary to relax and recharge after busy day traveling. Beautiful decor, comfy couches and new mattresses with freshly laundered linens, nicely stocked kitchen - everything you need for a great relaxing stay. Conveniently located in the heart of Overland Park, 30 mins from KC airport, downtown, Power & Light district or Convention Center. Great for business travelers, families or couples. Very affordable. Easy highway access (US69/ I-35)
The house has two levels. Two bedrooms, full bathroom , living space and the kitchen are located on upper level with another bedroom, full bathroom, second living room and garage located downstairs. Couch upstairs has a pull-out bed large enough for two and similar sofa-bed downstairs can be transformed into a bed also big enough for two people. Kitchen has a microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. In the kitchen cabinets you can find cups, glasses, vine glasses, plates and utensils enough for 10 persons.
Please be aware that max occupancy of 10 assumes that people will share queen beds and sofa-beds.
Our process assumes no interaction with the hosts, i.e. self check-in/check-out, but we're text/phone call away if you have a question or concern.
Neighborhood overview: quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood very close to Overland Park City Hall complex.
Other things to note: please no pets. Please respect our neighbors - no loud music or noise or party after 10pm.
