The room itself was clean, comfortable, and the ocean view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Waking up and seeing the water every morning was easily the highlight of our stay.
Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for us. This resort is enormous and constantly crowded. There always seemed to be people everywhere, making it difficult to find any sense of peace or relaxation. 'We loved our ocean and pool view lanai! We would have preferred the ocean pool was the “quiet” pool (there are three pools on the property), and the “quiet” pool is next to the pickleball courts.
Within just a few days of our visit we were informed of an additional fee per night for A/C if requested. This information should have been included in the original ad. If it was there, it was buried in the weeds as we didn’t see this upon booking.'

'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean).

'Beautiful ocean view room, but no AC, kitchen sink or tv despite being given kitchen towels & dish soap. Tarnished silverware in drawer to use…ew! TV for storm information would’ve been useful. AC would have made room more comfortable due to storm/rain making it impossible to leave windows open plus safety in sleeping leaving ground floor windows open & slider unsecure if left open.
