'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'The hotel was very sketchy on the outside. During the night there were lots of strange folk on the outside of the building. The room itself had dirty floors and smelled of weed. Everything inside worked, but the state of the hotel room was certainly subpar. I did not feel safe staying there.'

'I stayed at The BGHAT Best Western from 9-12 Jul. The elevators were not working. One must go through the office to get ice. The bathroom was set up to hang your clothes in the open, no closet. 'I've stayed here several times in the past but it's changed a lot. I'm assuming that the manager that I met years back doesn't work here anymore. Anyways, the current manager or owner whomever he is (Asian Indian looking) is extremely rude and unwelcoming. I only like this hotel because of the affordable price and location.'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been.
