'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'We booked a suite but none of the door was working. I tried both door for many times before i walked to the front desk for helped. They helped me working on a different keys but then those didnt work either. Then i have to walked back down again for the third time while 3 of my toddlers were antsy and irritated. They had to used the master key for the door, it was terrible experience for such a pricey suite. '

'I stayed at this property for a couple of days. Apparently they only service the room every other day. So we had to ask the front desk for some fresh towels and toilet paper the next day. I was in my room the second day when it was supposed to be service but, no one came to do it. I was back to the hotel room around 3pm. Nothing was service or changed. We didn’t get any new towels or restocking. So nobody ever came to do their job. I told the front desk about it and she didn’t say...
