'Westin overbooked the property and let Expedia know at around 8am. When we arrived at 11:30am, I had received no notification from Expedia. I called them, waited on hold for some 60 minutes. 'Pros: Reasonable clean, staff were great, great location and price.
Cons: The 'Continental breakfast' is coffee and donuts, we're used to the usual fare of eggs/waffles/fruit/ etc. Parking was $25 a night and the TV situation is terrible. You must 'cast' you computer/phone to the TV to watch your streaming services. That wasn't clear in the description and was difficult, we don't watch a lot of TV, but my husband gets up much earlier than me and likes to watch the news.

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'The hotel was great however we missed a dinner reservation due to NOT being let out of the garage. If you have an hour to sit there and wait no problem but if you’re on vacation and in need of great service, parking feeling safe I encourage to think about this parking structure! Money down the drain for an expensive reservation we missed! No apologies! No consideration for our money or vacation wasted!
