'The common areas and the personnel are lovely. However, the room I stayed in is quite old and definitely not worth the price. The room has no closing windows, so it is pretty noisy. You can perfectly hear the noise of people and the music at the bar. There are also no curtains in the room, so there is a lot of light during the night. '

'It is a great pleasure to stay one week at the Hotel. The air conditioning was not working properly, the TV connection at bedroom work for one channel. Althought all, the hospitality was warmest 👍'

'Let me tell you guys that this is truly a beautiful place a really Paradise...the staff is so wonderful the food is so wonderful the view is breathtaking...this place is away from all the hustle and bustle....I really wish I would have stayed more days there...I mostly definitely would stay there again...but next time for a week...I loved it....thank you staff for making me feel at home...they even gave me a hug when I was leaving..xoxoxo'

'It is like the place does not exist at all. my group and I were stranded in Cap Haitien whith no where to go the owner did not give the address and was no where to be found by phone or otherwise. This place should taking off this platform.'

'We were really lucky we ended up at Hotel Imperial. One of the employees, Frandzy, was extremely helpful and spoke good English. If your French is a bit rusty like mine, definitely ask for him. He helped us find a bank that would take our credit card to get some money (which wasn't easy) and arranged transport to the citadel and palace. We really felt welcome!! But the other staff also went out of their way to help us with anything in or around the hotel. Cap Haitien can be a bit of a culture...
