'Was een schone kamer maar matras was erg zacht'

'Great stay.'

'Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! '

'No lotion soap etc in room'

'Vriendelijke mensen. Schonen kamers'

'It was great outside the fact that it was just an older spot… Definitely needs some renovations.'

'I had great hopes but was a little disappointed. Greeted with noisy fans in the lobby, my room was not ready, and was not told when it was ready despite me waiting in the lobby.'

'Great location and great staff'

'This place was absolutely spectacular'

'Great'

'Overall great, staff was generally friendly. Entrance was a little confusing, no signage with instructions to press button to unlock the door so we stood there trying to figure it out while the front desk staff could see us and they didn’t do anything to help us. We eventually figured it out, but that was kind of annoying. 'The rooms are very spacious and clean. Love how safe and secure the property is.'

'The hotel had scaffolding where you checked in and no staff was available for 10 minutes when we checked in around 6:30 pm. The hotel always had an odor to it as if uncleaness was covered up. The air conditioning worked but was extremely loud. You couldn’t raise the inner blind to see outside. We were supposed to have a room with a sofa but instead had two very uncomfortable chairs. The roll-in shower was a joke. When you showered, the water went all over the bathroom floor because it was...
