« Comfy beds and great staff. A good value for the money. Have stayed here before and will stay again. I always travel with my dog and they remembered her and played with her. My dog is a bit aloof but she loves the staff there. »

« There was supposed to be free continental breakfast and there was not. You had to order and it was $16 for each breakfast. Had to wait for the food. Pool and spa were closed. Had to pay for parking which was not on the website. »

« I won't stay there again. The guest elevator was not functioning, so guests had to use the service elevator. However, because access to that elevator takes you into a restricted area, each time I left the room, I had to wait for an escort. Additionally, the telephones and guest laundry were not functioning. »

« I did not book handicap rooms, but the property said it was handicapped rooms that were booked. Not at happy with those rooms as I was with the other rooms on our last stay. »

« We have been to lots of hotels around Killeen for work and this is one of the best. Only wish it came with free breakfast. Big plus that it has a hot tub. »

« The outside property was clean and well Lit. The upper walkway was disgustingly dirty from spills. The room was okay, safe but the bathroom was gross to me. A plus there were no roaches….. tv worked well pillows were not good, no fitted sheet just a flat sheet kind of gross. They do have a washer and dryers that were nice. The office smelt old or something… they could have a really nice property, and whatever they clean the floor with is sticky and my socks were gross. They do have break fast...

« DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS! ROACH INFESTED, DEAD CRICKETS EVERYWHERE, NO AC, BROKEN TOILET/SHOWER, BROKEN KEY PAD WITH EXPOSED WIRES AND BATTERIES, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA ON THE FLOOR.. THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED AT EVER.. NEVER AGAIN »
