'I didn't like how I didn't know it was a $250 deposit until it was time to check in. I didn't like all the rules for staying at the property ie. Quiet time at 9pm which is outrageous being that the property has no patio's or shelter to block you from the sun so the only time you can enjoy the courtyard is when the sun sets around 8-9pm.'

'Everything was so nice, beautiful, and thoughtfully set up. There were refreshments in the fridge, coffee, and fans to make sure you were cool enough. We felt very comfortable. The only negatives were the pillows were a bit flat for our taste, and there was some creature leaving poop frequently on the sidewalk…. So had to watch our step. There was also a used tissue on the steps and full overflowing trash cans out front when we arrived. Very clean otherwise, and quiet neighborhood location.'

'This historic home has been freshly renovated. The attention to detail is next level - VERY well executed. Everything is brand new. The furnishings feel like a high end boutique. The exterior of the property has several sitting areas that you can enjoy. At night, the landscape lights allow for a wonderful ambience. The best part of the home is the kitchen / keeping area. What a special place for visiting and having cocktails. My family was in town for college graduation- a party of 6 stayed...
