'Great property for a beach front vacation. The beaches were pretty dirty, unfortunately. Otherwise this house would have been a place you’d never have to leave. But that’s pretty much the whole side of the island…tons of sea grass everywhere. The house host Jose was wonderful. Everything we needed was provided. The neighbors were all amazingly nice and friendly. Right next door is a locals outdoor small bar that was a blast and super affordable. Food everywhere within walking distance. Very safe...

'This space was perfect for our family of 6. We had enough beds and space for us to spread out and sleep. The kitchen was great. Everything was clean, there was well stocked kitchen supplies. We loved the location, it was quiet on the north side of town but also easy to get to all restaurants and to Secret beach. '

'The beach and pool were amazing. Secluded stay but close enough for a cart ride to town. The caretakers were amazing, we had a lot of laughs with them and any issue that came up they were there to help. We had 6 couples rent the entire property, there was plenty of room for 2 more couples leaving two extra beds for others. I would recommend this place and would stay again. Thanks Paul and family, you made our stay extra special. '

'Loved our spot at Sunset Pointe. The condo was perfect, the pool was lovely, the grounds beautiful and well maintained. My only small complaint would be the road but that couldn’t be helped. '

'Clean, safe and functional! Unfortunately we had strong winds our entire stay and couldn't do any snorkeling or swimming with sharks. Thankful for Secret Beach since it was protected from the winds, but it was a 30-40 minute golf cart ride and one day would have been enough there!'

They literally arrange everything we wanted and were so nice. The place is in a great location, and you could walk to most but just rent the golf cart. 'We had an incredible experience during our stay, largely because of the convenient options near the condo, including various restaurants and markets. Traveling to San Pedro was a breeze, as there were plenty of places to rent mini golf carts. One nearby restaurant served delicious food; I tried a shrimp dish that featured coconut, with a mango sauce that I had never tasted before. It was flavorful, and I highly recommend it!'

'Our stay in San Pedro, Belize, was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, Lori and her team provided exceptional service. Communication was seamless, and they took care of all the details, including booking our Air Tropic flight and arranging a golf cart rental, which was ready for us at the airport. Upon arrival, we were greeted and guided to the property, where the team remained on-site for any assistance we needed throughout our stay. Security was also present, which added peace of...

'The condo is part of a small resort on the east side of Ambergris Key. The resort is some distance from San Pedro and it is best to center yourself in the local area unless you want to be regularly traveling rough roads by golf cart. The resort has 3 small pools, one of which is designated for adults only. Unfortunately the beach was loaded with sargassum at the time of our stay rendering it virtually unusable. We contented ourselves with the pool and travelled twice to Secret Beach, which...

We lost an expensive item (it fell off our golf cart because we didn’t think about tying bags down when driving) and a staff member from their sister location found it and turned it into the office of our location.
