'Arrived late after communicating with the desk staff that I may arrive after the cutoff. Was able to get to my room and get some food before the resturant closed. The roof bar had a nice view and the pools and beach were well maintained except for a large hole in the surface area of one of the wadding areas. The people were friendly and accommodating and the area was nice. All said a good experience.'

De zaken die ons opvielen: slechte gordijnen (extra bed stond in de zit kamer die niet eens donker gemaakt kon worden. 'Erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Hotel ligt afgelegen, maar personeel bracht en haalde ons op van de verzamelplaats (Benge’s Store) van onze ATM-tour, georganiseerd door MayaWalks. De erg ruime royal suite was geweldig mooi, er zijn handdoeken voor bij het zwembad. De maaltijden die we hebben genuttigd in het hotel waren allen erg lekker. Een echte aanrader!'
