'The reception team was great. Vashley and Imani were both helpful in giving us planning guidance about places to eat, and helped us to plan our travel. The room was nice and we stayed there on the first and last night in Belize before and after our trips to the tropical San Pedro for beach and snorkeling and the rain forest region near San Ignacio to explore Mayan ruins and caves.'

'The hotel s nice, but the room was small with no windows, none. Was worried about safety in case of a fire. They have the best food, but I hate the extra fee on the bill even when take out. As a costumer I felt forced to leave a tip in that fee. I always leave tips. If you don't know better, you will double up on tips. The managers Ken and Joanna are the best. They were truly helpful from the beginning to the end. On a side note... They have the best cucumber juice.'

'Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again. The property appears quite old and, more importantly, was not as clean or well-maintained as expected, especially considering the price. There were noticeable stains on the walls (fingerprints, black marks, etc, stains on the couch, stains on the refrigerator, and exposed wall plugs. The kettle was extremely old and rusted, to the point that I did not feel comfortable using it. The lock on the balcony door was not functioning properly, and...

'De kamer is typisch Caraïbische ingericht en die sfeer is algeheel aanwezig in het hotel. De kamers voldoen aan alle basis behoeften, maar verwacht wel dat er roest aan het bad zit enzo,... Dit is een goed hotel voor door te trekken naar andere locaties en om voor een dag te blijven. Ga zeker iets zuidelijker, naar het isle of bird. Daar is een restaurant die lekkere gerechten serveert.'

'This property was in a nice location near shops and stores. Having the refrigerator and the microwave in the room was an excellent addition! The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. My only dislike was the fact that I booked under the understanding of this being a hotel, but there was no house cleaning for all three days spent there.'

'I had a very pleasant stay in Ambassador Terrace. I will never forget about it. Deborah, the owner of the Bed and Breakfast upgraded me to a very nice room with magnificent sea view. I was taken care of like part of the family. Deborah is a very warm and nice lady. Also, she took care of my 65 birthday. I strongly encourage people to stay at Ambassador Terrace. Cheers'
