'The bartender Eddie saved the day. He’s the pool bartender. The food nor the beach did it for us. We checked out 2 days earlier. Although it was nonrefundable we chose to leave and enjoy the city. The sea grass swarmed the beach. It was so smelly I couldn’t smell my perfume daily. For the price we paid the food wasn’t good at all. The best thing on the menu was the cheese burger. Didn’t receive a welcome drink or hot towel. Very disappointing '

The staff was slow and half of them were incompetent. The managers were kind, but you shouldn’t need to involve a manager for every little thing. The food is bad and on the last day we ordered tiramisu that came frozen (after Princess told us they had a baker) and the whipped cream on top had turned and was sour- this skeeved us out- it was impossible...

'Brand new appartement, all looked great, new and clean. Very much above our expectations. The only thing we did not like were the limited options for food & beverages at the pool and the pool water was quite cold. Very nice and helpful staff everywhere! '

'The hotel staff were fantastic and the view was beautiful. It was quite a ways from San Pedro town which limited dining options for us. The staff booked us a reservation at Mambo with a driver or boat pickup depending on the weather. The breakfast was good but very few options for dinner at the onsite restaurant. If I could do it again, I would rent a golf cart in town for the duration of our stay and book tours that picked us up at the resort dock.'

'We stayed in ocean view one bedroom. Very well appointed. Balcony was so enjoyable. Peaceful and quiet with the exception of one night the guests below us had a loud party with hired DJ with PA system. It was so loud we left for the evening. 'The property is amazing. We stayed in the penthouse and it was great. Stay away from the restaurant in the lobby. Food was mediocre but Very poor service. They forgot one meal and never really brought it out. We asked for it to go and my son had to eat it in the room after we had eaten. They still wanted to charge us for it. There are a lot of other places to eat close by that are much better like celebrity restaurant and bar or Martha’s. '

'Mooie locatie aan strand, goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Eenvoudige houten huisjes. Wij hadden de pech dat wij een zeewier aanval hadden. Het stonk er vreselijk en zijn toen verhuisd naar een duur resort waar het strand schoongemaakt werd en het niet stonk.'

'Great vacation and location. Not much to do on the island but if looking for laid back this is the place. Sargasm is pretty thick in the spring and summer and can be stinky. No beach. We took a boat out for the day and was amazing. Also hung out at the split. '
