It offers you a 30 m² well-equipped kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms (12 m² & 15 m²), a bathroom with shower, WC, WM and sauna, as well as a separate sustainable separation toilet plus urinal.
Another special feature are the original outward opening Danish windows and patio doors. The Danish front door requires the door handle to be pushed up so that you can turn the front door key. There is a key safe on the front door. So you can arrive and depart self-sufficiently. Also it is good to deposit the key in the key safe during excursions, so it will not get lost and if there are several guests, everyone can independently return to the house.
Bed linen, dishwashing detergent, detergent for the washing machine, electricity and water costs are completely included in the rental price. We also have a central vacuum cleaner, which is a 9 m. long hose with handle incl. remote control and suction tube.

In the house there is free wifi, a TV with DVD player & a few DVD`s, CD Payer with tuner and tape.
Various games and reading material for young and old are there for the analog user.
The table tennis bats are waiting for their use at the table tennis table directly on the playground behind the cottage.
The garden offers a high biodiversity (dry flower meadow, berry bushes, peach tree, a butterfly raised bed, Mediterranean beds). The cottage is built from natural and sustainable materials and has a garden irrigation system.
