« My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed...

« Absolutely fabulous location on the island, love the ferry lights at night, pickleball court, Succulent Coffee next door is the BOMB, incredible party deck, spacious and comfortable and clean common space, well laid out bedrooms and bathroom, nicely appointed kitchen, easy private parking, great stay!!! »

« A lovely place! Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We had a working retreat there, and had ample room for meetings and spaces for quiet times too. We were able, in just a few minutes, to walk to the pier and two great eateries! My team wants us to stay there again next year! »

Very convenient to walk to the beach.we were surprised there was an apartnent above the garage, but it was not disturbing. We wiuld look forward to a return trip. MAHALOOh, just a side note, the indoor dining has elevated chairs which i had not noticed in the listing. »

« This is our 3rd visit to Newport Beach and we have rented other houses in the area and I have to say this was my favorite so far. They make the check in and check out so easy and simple, I love that! The house sits right on the beach in a more quieter area which I enjoyed. The patio is very spacious which made it nice for entertaining since we had family near by. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and they had plenty of extra pillows! « Condo is centrally located in Newport Beach, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean and updated. Really appreciated the assigned parking and amenities. Only downside was no AC, while we knew that when we booked we thought it would be cool enough without… we were wrong. Fortunately, lots of fans were provided, but it just circulated warm air. Minor inconvenience but would might think twice when booking again if no AC. Overall great stay. »

« This was our 4th trip to the “Neptune” house. And it was wonderful as always. Clean, spacious and steps to the beach. It would have been nice to have screen doors on the backyard slider and front door. »
