'Uitstekend hotel'

'Room was spotless, staff lovely helpful people. The only fault in my opinion was there was no room at all between sunbeds so you had to climb on from the end. '

'Nice hotel with very friendly staff, good beds, good good. The heated pool on the 11th floor was a highlight. However, a minor concern was the loose tiles on the 10th floor, which caused me to trip twice.'

'Mooi resort met meerdere zwembaden en restaurants. Ruime keuze bij het buffet en eten was lekker. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Gratis parkeren in garage. Op loopafstand van de boulevard met restaurants, supermarkt en winkels. Strand is iets verder maar ook op loopafstand. Mooie ruime en schone kamer, met grote badkamer en klein balkon. Waterkoker en thee, maar geen koffie op de kamer.'

'It is a very huge hotel but the different blocks have a roof with a package off relaxing possibilities (swimmingpool, (snack)bars loungers for sunbathing, gaming oppertunities etc.). The rooms are perfect, with a great see view, a balcony and clean. Besides that the servicepeople are nice, polite and very helpful. And the food is good with a lot of diversity. 'We passed the hotel already 3 times before we saw the hard to see name on the windows. At check-in we didn't have a brush for the toilet. After asking, they told us it's an "extra" and they would arrange it right away. After returning to the hotel in the evening, still no brush. Again to the reception and they could only provide it the next day. The "hdmi" on the TV wasn't working. After consulting the concierge, they said they would send the technician. No technician seen the next day so the...

'Geweldig hotel ,super goed ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk personeel.'

'We hebben een super vakantie gehad. Zelfs 3 dagen bijgeboekt omdat we zo ontzettend tevreden zijn. Het eten was goed, personeel heel vriendelijk en alles werd heel goed en netjes schoon gehouden. Met name Natalia heeft ons super goed geholpen! Ook dankzij de top animatie, die voor leuke activiteiten zorgde. Ze waren heel enthousiast en zorgde voor een feestje en een echt vakantie gevoel. Geke, Enela, Margarita, Denise, Grisha, Sevan, Luis, Nico en Francesco GRACIAS!!!'
