It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We had a short stay and we were not able to take advantage of the kitchen because of prearranged plans in the area but it is a chef’s kitchen with high end appliances and every imaginable thing you would need to cook and serve a delectable meal. 'This property was exactly what we needed: charming, very clean, more than one barhroom, comfortable beds and furnishings. Very convenient to walk to the beach.we were surprised there was an apartnent above the garage, but it was not disturbing. We wiuld look forward to a return trip. MAHALOOh, just a side note, the indoor dining has elevated chairs which i had not noticed in the listing.'
