Flats in Newport Beach

'We had an amazing vacation at this location. The location is perfect, close to the beach and to shops and restaurants. Having a reserved parking space is absolutely a plus in Newport Beach. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the beach toys, umbrella and the chairs were very useful. Natalie was a great host and she was available anytime we had a question. I definitely recommend this place for anyone thinking about a beach vacation in Southern California. We will be back next...

'Overall the stay was great. We are a family of 6 and fit well. The AC worked great and the unit was well equipped. Our extra long expedition fit in the garage, which is a huge plus at the beach. The only down fall was the washer and dryer take coins. Would stay again.'

'My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed...

'Another awesome Newport trip. The location of this unit couldn’t be more convenient. Everything you need is in walking distance. Beds are comfy, couch is comfy. Kitchen is stocked. Definitely recommend. '
