'Amazing location right in the middle of all the action! A few steps down the road you'll find a supermarket where you can buy all the food you want for the house during your stay. The house was cleaned daily and is large and spacious! The owner was kind and courteous and made the stay simple and seamless. I would definitely recommend staying here during your time in Ponta Delgada!'

'Jose was wonderful in allowing us an early check-in due to our travel schedule. We had a small difficulty with the lockbox but José resolved the issue quickly, and it was our first exposure to the neighbors, who went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. I cant say enough about the neighbors on both sides of the house. 'The house is spacious and is as shown. The kitchen had everything we needed (coffee machine uses pods). The grocery store had everything we need and is within an easy walking distance. The beach was a good addition and also within easy walking distance. We ate a few times at the restaurant there. The house is a great location from which to see the island and is 10 minutes from airport and Ponta Delgada. The checkin and checkout were easy. '

'The location of this place is unbelievable, we ate breakfast outside in the garden with an incredible view of the ocean! The windmill is iconic, very cool place to stay. The inside is cozy and was all that we needed, we had no complaints.'

'Nice property that comfortably fit 7 adults. Mosteiros is at the Western end of Sao Miguel so we did a lot of driving, but great location and walka Le to everything in town. Short walk around the corner for great sunsets. Pack a picnic or go to the two bars with great drinks and views. Host was easy to deal with and very helpful. Would return '

'We had a very nice short stay, 4 nights, at Antonio's. The garden was so very beautiful and the sunroom such a pleasant place to sit. It was hard to get away during the day to see something of the island. But still we did visit the island. Also very beautiful. From the house you have easy acces to all places, capital city 10 minutes dive, beach 20 minutes drive. My son went surfing on the highest waves he had seen. 'An excellent place to stay and relax — very clean, despite the occasional giant cockroach. There’s a small sea view from the upstairs terraces. The main drawback is the lack of a nearby grocery store.'
