'I was traveling with my son and a friend, and this home was a perfect location for us to fairly quickly get to all of the island. The home was quite clean, the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen met our needs. The only reason that I gave the location 4 stars and not 5 was that it was rather close to the highway. My son thought it provided the perfect amount of white noise.'

'Property was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was done exceptionally well with fresh pastries, eggs etc. Beautiful ocean views above a small pasture. The unit had everything we needed! Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Highly recommend! '

'I was looking for some respite and a place where I had easy access to hiking, the hot springs, and restaurants. I had a two day stay in Furnas before i headed home to the States. 'This home is beautifully decorated and a great highend feel away from home. All of the amenities were great & the home is kept clean. The host was great with communication. My only negative is that the area outside the home has limited dining options other than at small place across the street that closes at 6pm 4 days a week and is more a yummy breakfast or lunch spot (also with kind owners). Also there is no Uber on the island, only Bolt and it's new so it may be hard at times to get drivers...

'My children loved this home. Its lava bricks are amazing. My children were able to experience European living and I had all the modern amenities to use. Awesome little hiking trail close by at Praia de Amora. Highly recommend!'

'The property met all of the needs of our multi generational family. Great location easy to walk or drive anywhere we wanted to go to! 'Our visit to Ponta Delgada was very memorable. Pedro met us at the house for check in and his communication was excellent.
