'Nice property that comfortably fit 7 adults. Mosteiros is at the Western end of Sao Miguel so we did a lot of driving, but great location and walka Le to everything in town. Both are listed as entire homes, the listing with 13 photos is an apartment within the larger home (46 photo unit). It is directly on a busy street, incredibly noisy. Property lists a paddle board, and it is pictured in all listing photos, it is not included. Would not recommend '

'Malta House was perfect for our group of three couples. It’s located about 5 km east of downtown Ponta Delgado, within walking distance of Populo (aka Sunset) Beach, which was great for swimming, even in September. There are several restaurants within walking distance, or a short drive. The owner, Jaime, met us at the house and showed us around. He was always available on What’s App, and was very helpful. 'Our stay was perfect! Very happy we picked this spot. Many extra nice touches when we arrived. Although we indulged and ate out for all our meals it was nice to know the kitchen was fully stocked if we needed it. Especially greatfull for the beach towels as we didn't bring any. Our host was amazing. Leonardo was so quick with communication and so nice to offer us a ride to the airport for our early morning flight.
