'The location of this place is unbelievable, we ate breakfast outside in the garden with an incredible view of the ocean! The windmill is iconic, very cool place to stay. The inside is cozy and was all that we needed, we had no complaints.'

'Nice property that comfortably fit 7 adults. Mosteiros is at the Western end of Sao Miguel so we did a lot of driving, but great location and walka Le to everything in town. Short walk around the corner for great sunsets. Pack a picnic or go to the two bars with great drinks and views. Host was easy to deal with and very helpful. Would return '

'We had a very nice short stay, 4 nights, at Antonio's. The garden was so very beautiful and the sunroom such a pleasant place to sit. It was hard to get away during the day to see something of the island. But still we did visit the island. Also very beautiful. From the house you have easy acces to all places, capital city 10 minutes dive, beach 20 minutes drive. My son went surfing on the highest waves he had seen. 'The apartment unit was clean, and kitchen well stocked. Be careful that there are two listings for this property, one with 46 photos, one with 13. Both are listed as entire homes, the listing with 13 photos is an apartment within the larger home (46 photo unit). It is directly on a busy street, incredibly noisy. Property lists a paddle board, and it is pictured in all listing photos, it is not included. Would not recommend '

'Malta House was perfect for our group of three couples. It’s located about 5 km east of downtown Ponta Delgado, within walking distance of Populo (aka Sunset) Beach, which was great for swimming, even in September. There are several restaurants within walking distance, or a short drive. The owner, Jaime, met us at the house and showed us around. He was always available on What’s App, and was very helpful. 'Our stay was perfect! Very happy we picked this spot. Many extra nice touches when we arrived. Although we indulged and ate out for all our meals it was nice to know the kitchen was fully stocked if we needed it. Especially greatfull for the beach towels as we didn't bring any. Our host was amazing. Leonardo was so quick with communication and so nice to offer us a ride to the airport for our early morning flight. Great recommendation on the car rental, which was literally 30 seconds away and...

'Great appartment with many rooms. Location is quite central in Sao Miguel. Only little downside is the sometimes busy street. But overall a clear recommendation'
