Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'Very Clean room - small, but adequate for price. Tv provided good assortment of free channels. Small fridge for bought goods was perfectly ideal. Coffee and tea provided and restocked amenities daily. Room was groomed every time we left, so returning felt like a new room each time. The customer service were extremely friendly and helpful. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'

'Stayed at sea world resort for 5 nights. Best place to live with Kids. Kids friendly environment. Very clean and neat. Kids loved swimming areas. Special thanks to cleaning staff those provide daily cleaning to rooms. Again thank you so much to all the staff work at pool areas, reception and food courts.'

'Perfect one night location. The staff were lovely & helpful letting me check in early so that I could attend my function on time. The room was super clean. Everything was new & fresh which is really nice for the Gold Coast. There is a cafe & restaurant onsite which is great. Good coffee. Would definitely stay here again. '

'This is an ideal family holiday for families with kids below 10 years or so. The facilities aren't luxury, nor are the rooms, but the fun and options for kids doesn’t end. The two waterparks are perfect to entertain the kids while parents enjoy a cold beverage and the family trivia and entertain is just what you need to end the day with a good laugh. So do yourself a favour and book your next holiday in family paradise.'
