'Would recommend. Clean, great staff, modern.'

'The accommodation was not two bedroom it was a 1 plus 1. So I suggest checking the accommodations website for a true description. The unit was unclean and furnishings were very dated. Overall, 2 stars and more like budget accommodation.'

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'The hotel was in a perfect location for the race and right near the train which took us everywhere we needed to go. Very impressed with this location. Staff was amazing.'

'Nice new(ish) hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a long time. Has so much potential but feel few main things that let it down 1) Lack of parking. Given it's on outskirt of Southport (and parking...

It was...

'Het hotel is nog niet klaar om gasten te ontvangen.. meeste is houtje touwtje en dat is niet wat je verwacht van de Langham group. Het Michelin ster restaurant was helemaal een joke… slecht eten en de wijn die we geselecteerd hadden was maar 1 fles van in huis.. '
