« Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, les chambres sont grandes et les lits très confortables. »

« The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with its romantic architecture and timeless charm. The service was amazing, especially Florencia at reception, who was wonderful. The breakfast was also good, and the pool was beautiful, our girls really enjoyed playing in the sand. Unfortunately, our family holiday was significantly affected by a film production taking place throughout our entire stay. On the first day, we were actually excited to see the production and experience something so unusual. The...

« Nice new(ish) hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a long time. Has so much potential but feel few main things that let it down 1) Lack of parking. Whilst can pay for parking spots are very limited. We were unable to get one and had to do laps around area to find parks. Its untimed on weekends but 4hrs weekdays. 2) Breakfast options were very limited. was a cabinet of savouries and cakes that didn't seem overly fresh. Given it's on outskirt of Southport (and parking...

« The room had a broken bed. One of the legs was broken and the manager knew about it when I told him. Got zero sleep first night because of bed explained this to manager and manager explained waiting to get someone to repair it. Didnt offer any discount. Thought that was pretty poor and unsafe »

« Un bon hotel pour un séjour avec des enfants. En été de preference pour profiter des espaces piscine et jeux d’eau. Les activités proposées par l’hotel sont interessantes, je conseille l’initiation au patinage sur glace et la preparation d’une pizza. Par contre, si vous voulez etre au calme, passez votre chemin 😆. Heureusement, les chambres le sont 👍 »

It was...

« Our room was 1004, first night we couldn’t sleep with the sound of like whirlwind from our room »
