'I love staying at Brown. This is my third visit. The staff is very kind to me and always willing to go the extra mile. The area is perfect. I enjoy walking around the neighborhood. There are pharmacies, restaurants and malls in the surrounding area. I feel very safe. I am looking forward to staying at Brown again. I highly recommend the kind staff, beautiful neighborhood and piece of mind the Brown Hotel allows. '

'PROS: - great location, walking distance to some famous places of interest; - beautiful and big room - delicious breakfasts with lots of options - polite, helpful, and friendly personnel - swimming pool is large and warm - and overall just a very nice hotel CONS: - rug in a room was not very clean, could see some dirty spots on it; - room can be very very cold in winter, so have to keep a heater on all the time which can lead to a dry air; - frequent smells of food coming from the hotel...

'The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property. The breakfast was not a buffet and I had to book a time for my breakfast and choose the menu. Still, the cook was not available at the appointed time and I had to wait.'

'Astana is geweldig, en dit hotel heeft de perfecte ligging, dat had ik vooraf al uitgezocht. De kamer was ruim en comfortabel, het internet in orde, heerlijk bed, ontbijt ook goed en verzorgd. Personeel was niet echt efficiënt, maar het is dan ook geen West Europa. Personeel is verder wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'
