Spahotels in Astana

'Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food.'

'Good and friendly service, flexibil staff. No sauna in the sport space. Very important when you have such a cold winters .'

'Well located hotel, large rooms for a good price. There was no housekeeping during my stay. Reception staff is nit very punctual. Sauna and swimming is niot complimentary. '

Ps. Ontbijt is heel lekker :-) '

'Hotel situated in the "old" town Astana ( not the new Astana build 1998 dibvided by the river ) as it was at 500lm from my meetings it was ok nice swimming pool and sauna by the way '

'Very nice and helpful staff members, beautiful and very spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast.'

'They don’t provide you wish wash cloths. Also the air conditioner don’t work. '

'Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation.'

'The location of this hotel is a real advantage, just a few minutes away from the main sites, and a 6 minutes walk from a LRT station whether one arrives at the airport or at the Nurly Zul train station. Several restaurants and cafés just round the corner as well proved to be very practical. For 40-50 euros a night a large double room, the price is unbeatable. The only flaw to me was that there was no Internet. Officially, there was wifi, but it never worked.'
