'I enjoyed my stay at the Charming Jem very much! It was decorated adorably and well appointed with any items you could possibly need. Katherine was so easy to communicate with, and a gracious host! There is a grocery store within walking distance that has the best Mexican food, made daily and a tamale stand as well. Friendly neighbors and even my dog made a new friend next door. I would definitely stay again:)'

'This rental was everything we needed. It was clean, easy to find and get in, located in a great neighborhood and relatively close to the dog beach. Most days we could park super close to the rental, and there were a few days we had to park about a block away. Couldn’t have asked for anything more '

'The unit is in a great location. I wanted to do water sports and it’s only a 5 minute walk to rent kayaks, paddle boards etc in the bay. I think it’s a pretty good value considering the location to everything which is very walkable. If you are traveling with a partner, it might be a little tight space wise for more than a few days. If you’re solo it’s a pretty great option. '
