Very loud with neighbors in the duplex next door due to crawl space that cause echos. Check in instructions need be updated as the unit has changed and misleading on what to look for upon arriving. « We loved this little slice of heaven! The unit was very clean and updated, with plenty of space for the three of us. It was an easy walk down a very quiet side street to the beautiful private beach. There were lots of bars, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. The free trolley stops right in front of the unit and will take you anywhere you want to go on the island. John was an amazing host and extremely prompt in replying to my questions.
