'Wonderful staff at the Palm Breeze Bar. Sam was amazing! Everyone on site was great. Security getting from the hotel to Downtown Disney were grumpy. One guy heavy sighed when I put my purse down. The next day I overheard security bashing a guest for not pushing the phone holder back to him after going through the metal detector. Kind of a bummer, but overall the hotel was amazing '

'Really expensive for what it was, and the "Downtown Disney" view upgrade was totally not worth it. We basically got a view of a rooftop and the trams. Very disappointing.
I guess you're paying for convenience and proximity to the parks but for $1,200 for a night and $75/night valet parking, I've stayed at 5-star luxury resorts for less.
Room service also messed up our order and when we called to get the butter that we had previously requested for our pancakes and toast, we waited another...

'The hotel package I bought included access to the Terrace, but I couldn’t use it because that was close . . My daughter uses a wheelchair, and she wanted to show her the Disney lights, which are a great attraction. The photos on the website don’t show the hotel as it really is. It looks old and neglected. The price is too high, and the customer service is bad.'
