'Meer dan prima verblijf gehad. Plymouth is een kleine 20 minuten rijden. Saltash ligt om de hoek. Houdt wel rekening met een tractor op de weg. Kamer, zwembad, gym en golf course een echte aanrader. Er is echter niets te vermaak op loop afstand.'

Schimmel in de kamers, een sigarettenlucht (dus hoofdpijn in de ochtend) een deur die niet op slot kan een douche die slecht werkt en bedden zo hard als steen. Maargoed toch gebleven we waren al meer dan 18 uur onderweg met kind, die wou ook rusten. In de ochtend moesten we terug rijden naar chinafleet om te ontbijten en wachten totdat er een kamer vrij kwam. Uiteindelijk...

'Lovely hotel just a short walk from the Hoe (lighthouse) and The Barbican. Friendly welcome, clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Quiet. Breakfast was excellent as well. Highly recommend!'

'Nice place in quiet surroundings. Rooms are comfortable, dinner was really tasty and breakfast was very nice as well. Only down side was that they finish up at 10 pm and we had guests joining us for dinner, so we felt a bit rushed in the end because we weren't informed in advance. Hope to be back with good weather, must be a treat!'

'My husband and I stayed in the hotel, whilst our friends stayed in a lodge as they had taken their dog. Both were excellent. The hotel grounds are well kept and beautiful. All staff were friendly and helpful. We used the spa/ pool area. Lovely hot jacuzzi. We would definitely recommend a stay.'

'Amazing place for family with younger children. Our children - 8,6& 2 loved their stay here. We swam every day, attempted crabbing, played in the playground and attended all of the activities put on by the den staff. Kids loved mocktail & jewellery making and they put on a great Easter egg hunt for the kids too. They also attended the den sessions and were happy each time. 'Very convient location in the town, next to large parking lot and parking included in room fee. Rooms are above a pub that serves tasty food and extensive beverages, plus you get to listen to the bass from the pub after you go up to your room. The breakfast was exceptional, cuppacino in place of coffee. My favority breakfast after 3 week of travel in England and 10 or so different inns.'

'We enjoyed a fabulous one night stay at Haveners. Room 2 was luxurious with a large comfy bed, beautifully decorated and a wonderful bathroom with rain head shower. It was just perfect with views of the quayside and water. Lovely to sit and watch the little Polruan ferry coming and going.
