'A wonderfully historic house with an equally wonderful garden, location and views. So very peaceful. Only a quick drive to Launceston for provisions. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. Lots of games for the garden and indoor board games for family fun. It was hard to drag ourselves away to go enjoy all the fun things to do in the area. The owner provided a very comprehensive list.'

'Had a fab stay in bungalow 69 Great location for our holiday plans We went out of school term so it was very quiet too... Very compact inside but it had everything we needed We didnt use the passes that were there or facilities for Hengar manor but a nice option if needed Only improving thing i would suggest is the bungalow number "69" is moved to a more prominent position as its tucked away high and not easy to see above a hugh bush too .. 'Stunning property and gardens, excellent facilities, clean and decorated to an extremely high standard. Everything you could need was provided. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely love to return next year. The 5 star review really doesn't do the property justice. 'We spend a lovely week in this house by the sea. Everything was clean and the house provided enough space for our family of 5. The house was well equiped and provided everything we needed, including bodyboard + wetsuits. Even though the weather could have been better, we enjoyed the spacy terras with the wonderfull view. 'Enjoyed our stay Cottage had everything we needed plus a good view to boot Met when we arrived and shown through all we needed. When we were there there was work being done which is good to see that they are always looking to improve. That said you wouldn’t know a builder was there as they were very quiet and reserved. Dog walk field a little squelchy, but nothing you wouldn’t expect with the weather at this time of year. Thanks for having us. On our list of places we will look to return to.'

'The property was perfect for two families to enjoy a New Year break in Cornwall. Despite some wet and wild weather we had a fabulous time thanks to the spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable property that had everything we needed and was ideal for our group of adults, teens, younger children & dogs. 'This property is ideal for visiting the north and south coast of Cornwall. We stayed for 10 nights , our only problem was drying clothes. The weather wasn't very good so trying to dry anything for 8 people was difficult. Tracy was easily contactable if we had any problems. Booking in was easy. Accommodation was great for 8.'

'The communication with the owner could have been better. Nontheless, when we had a problem with the shower, he acted at once and the same say the problemmhad been solved. The cottage was very nice, much larger then expected from the pictures. It was comfortable and had a great view. Our dog was happy in the enclosed garden. All in all a very recommendable place. "Boeking was niet doorgekomen, dus konden de kamer niet op. Werdt een “alternatief “ aangeboden. Een vies aftans motel/hostel. Schimmel in de kamers, een sigarettenlucht (dus hoofdpijn in de ochtend) een deur die niet op slot kan een douche die slecht werkt en bedden zo hard als steen. Maargoed toch gebleven we waren al meer dan 18 uur onderweg met kind, die wou ook rusten. In de ochtend moesten we terug rijden naar chinafleet om te ontbijten en wachten totdat er een kamer vrij kwam. Uiteindelijk een kamer gekregen welke ontzettend naar de kerrie rook, volgende ochtend gemeld, weer een andere kamer gekregen. Deze was wel goed, personeel was uitermate vriendelijk daar valt niks op aan te merken. Alleen de manager moet wel een passend alternatief aanbieden en niet zoiets als dit."
