'Nice location. Great basketball and pickleball area. Also lovely bbq area and playground. Kids game room was a let down. Everything was out of order or if it wasn't it would take tokens and not work which was a little disappointing. Rooms where tidy but for the price could do with a much better clean. Cuttlery and pots where not cleaned properly and floors where quite dirty so ended up leaving shoes on inside which i dont love. Restaurant was very average and concidering it was super quite,...

'Great interaction with the staff. Motel is an older style but pretty comfortable and functional.
Only issues were a TV that couldn’t be connected to any service and a rooster going off at 4.30 in the morning - right outside the bedroom. At least we got an early start on the road…'

'We had a great stay in the garden cabin and enjoyed it very much. The only thing that was annoying was that the mosquito screen failed and it made the night restless being bitten. The employee was very understanding but couldn’t solve it. That was a pitty. '

'Checking in and out is very problematic. We arrived at 4PM but the reception was closed. Checking in at the restaurant next door lasted 30’ as the only one who new how that worked was also the only one with a gaming license and was not available!!
Checking out was even worse: we left at 9.30 AM and the reception was closed AGAIN!! The restaurant opens at 11AM so there was nobody present and check out is before 10AM. Ridiculous. The food in the restaurant is good ad are the employees working...

8.2 van 10, Zeer goed, (258 beoordelingen)
'Absolute scam – avoid Nightcap at Carlyle Hotel. Expedia must delist it.
Booked through Expedia and paid several hundred dollars. Then came pre-check-in links that tried to charge me the full room rate again. Completely senseless.
At check-in they demanded a $100 card deposit. Never properly disclosed. Normal hotels swipe for a $1 authorisation. Here they wanted a full hundred after I’d already paid. When I objected to this unreasonable demand the manager refused service and denied me the room....
