'The room space was considerably large (Front desk upgraded my room as a kind gesture). Property is not that attractive but definitely with such thoughtful members, business is lucky to have them around. I hope I recall the name correctly but it was something close to Soliman! '

'Surprisingly, one of the best experiences I had in Riyadh hotels. Technology is sadly not close to what today’s hotels should offer to guests, but I am totally satisfied with elegant furniture, plenty power outlets that are wisely located, and quality shower/bathroom. I will certainly consider this property once again in future.'

'I couldn't even make it through the night at this terrible hotel! The reception was awful, the room was filthy, the pool was dirty and full of dirt, and there was a terrible smell in the hallways. To top it all off, the alarm bell went off at 6 in the morning and no one apologized or even bothered to explain what was going on! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.'

'I do not often d reviews but this shock I received, I need to alert. The apartment has not been cleaned 4 days while they promised to clean every days, no bed sheet change which is not coton but elastics, curtains are not functional. never go there again. the staff doen' speak English are not of good help.'

'gpood value for dollar but almost impossible to get in and out of the place by taxi which is only transport in Riyadh neighborhood is beat, ghetto but safe ghetto, for a a business travler tough due to traffic '

'Personale molto gentile ma per il resto come se fosse un 3 stelle scadente. Già il nome è ingannevole, riprende il nome della catena di alberghi hyatt. Camera grande ma povera di tutto, scaldabagno in camera gocciolante, condizionatori vecchio stile tremendamente rumorosi, pulizia che lascia un po' a desiderare, colazione apparecchiata su un tovagliolo di carta e scarsa come scelta. Unica nota positiva è il personale alla reception: gentile simpatico e cordiale. '

'Room was dirty, kitchen was triable, bathroom is not at all clean water are standing like that only bath towal was not there after one day I got towal after reminder. It's not worth to pay, out of 5 I will give "0". Kindly don't recommend any one.'
